The Hotel KonradP is only a 3-minute drive from the A8 motorway, exit Holzkirchen. Holzkirchen train station is just a 10-minute walk away. The Munich S-Bahn line 3 takes you to Munich in about 40 minutes and the regional trains of the Deutsche Bahn and the Bavarian Regiobahn take you from Holzkirchen to the whole world.
The proximity to the adjacent commercial areas in Holzkirchen, Föching, Warngau and Otterfing make us a partner for well-known companies and development centers. You can also reach the commercial area of the municipality of Sauerlach, A8 exit Hofoldinger Forst, from the Hotel KonradP in about 15 minutes.
Arrival by car
If you are arriving by car, please enter the following address into your navigation device: Industriestraße 57 in 83607 Holzkirchen. This is the address of the police station opposite the hotel.
The Hotel KonradP Holzkirchen is located on the corner of Rosenheimer Strasse and Industriestrasse, between the center of Holzkirchen and the Holzkirchen-Ost industrial park, directly at the roundabout where the HEP shopping center and the Holzkirchen police station are located.
From the A8 motorway follow the signs to the HEP and you will be there in minutes. Parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the hotel or in our underground car park for 10,00 € per day. Our 3 charging stations for electric vehicles are available for guests with Tesla & Co. Billing according to consumption.
Arrival by train
We are easy to reach by train. From Munich main station you can reach Holzkirchen station with the S3 in about 50 minutes. During the main operating times, either the S3 S-Bahnor the Bayerische Oberlandbahn runs several times an hour from Munich to Holzkirchen.
From the Holzkirchen train station you can reach our Hotel KonradP in just 10 minutes on foot. You leave the station building, enter the station square and go left, then straight ahead, take the Bahnhofweg and get to Rosenheimer Straße. Here you go left over the bridge, at the roundabout turn right into Industriestraße and you will see our hotel on the other side of the street.
Arriving by plane
If you land at Munich Airport, take the S-Bahn S8 (to the center of Munich) and S3 (from the center to Holzkirchen) to the Hotel KonradP in Holzkirchen.
From the Holzkirchen train station you can reach our Hotel Konrad in just 10 minutes on foot. You leave the station building, enter the station square and go left, then straight ahead, take the Bahnhofweg and get to Rosenheimer Straße. Here you go left over the bridge, at the roundabout turn right into Industriestraße and you will see our sign on the other side of the street.
